- Rights Holders – providing an independent assessment of the contracted inventory and detailed documentation to provide to potential sponsors confirming the asking price.
- Sponsors – wanting to validate the overall rights fee and each individual element against their own internal objectives to assess the potential return needed from additional activation activities.
Our model requires data to corroborate each asset and right on a tangible and intangible basis. These include media data, advertising equivalents and market research on the particular property. Where information is not available from the client we can access our own databases or implement some primary research. We also include market factors within the calculation and cost benefit ratios.
